  1 MySQL

That's more than you need if you are just starting out. the good news is you can always upgrade my anytime you want.

Here is how to select the type of hosting you want...

• If you plan to use ASP applications with an ACCESS Database, select windows
• If you plan to use PHP applications with a MySQL Database, select Linux
• If you have no clue which one you need, select Linux! it;s the most popular...

I only use PHP scripts on my websites so I always select linux
