when you register a domain name, your information is made public in the whois database. that means anyone can get your address and phone number if the lookup to see who owns your domain name.
If you want to prevent then you may want to select "Make it Private."
How long will you register your domain name for?
The default is 2 years, if you plan to have the name for a long time without worrying when it will expire then you can buy it for up to 10 years!
I don't bother with section 3
I always set my domains to automatically renew. The last thing you want is to forget to renew your domain name.
